  2. Phase 2 · Months 1–2

    Discovery & technical scoping

    Map the founder's operation to the right slice of the stack.

    • Audit of current vessels, dockside systems, and software footprint.
    • Selection of one or two pillars to integrate first.
    • Architecture review with Electratide naval architects and software leads.

    Milestone

    Signed integration plan: scope, owners, deliverables, and 18-month north star.

  3. Phase 3 · Months 3–4

    Pilot build

    Stand up the first integration in a controlled environment.

    • Bench / dockside install of propulsion or shore-power components.
    • Marine Cloud telemetry plumbing and HarborOS workspace setup.
    • Weekly working sessions with Electratide engineers.

    Milestone

    First vessel or berth running on the Electratide stack.

  4. Phase 4 · Months 5–6

    Sea trials & readout

    Measure what the integration actually delivered.

    Workstreams

    • Instrumented sea trials and duty-cycle testing.
    • Performance, cost, and reliability data captured in Marine Cloud.
    • Written 90-day readout shared with founder, fund, and Electratide.

    Milestone

    Pilot decision: expand, refine, or stop — owned by the founder.

  5. Phase 5 · Months 7–9

    Production rollout

    Move from one asset to the founder's working fleet.

    Workstreams

    • Phased rollout across additional vessels, berths, or routes.
    • Operator training, runbooks, and on-call coverage with Electratide.
    • Hardening of integrations against real duty cycles.

    Milestone

    Production deployment certified by joint Electratide + founder team.

  6. Phase 6 · Months 10–12

    Commercial scale

    Turn the integration into revenue and operating leverage.

    Workstreams

    • Pricing, packaging, and contract templates co-developed with Electratide.
    • Introductions to ports, operators, and customers in the network.
    • Quarterly business review against the original success metrics.

    Milestone

    First commercial customers signed on the integrated offering.

  7. Phase 7 · Months 13–18

    Embedded partnership

    Operate as a long-term partner inside the Electratide ecosystem.

    Workstreams

    • Co-development pathway: founder's products listed on the Electratide stack.
    • Shared roadmap reviews and access to new pillars before general release.
    • Mentorship of the next cohort of Semper Founders companies.

    Milestone

    Founder graduates as an embedded Electratide partner with a renewable engagement.
